Roanoke Forms

This form is to be used by School Deans and Assistant Deans to submit requests to the Academic Affairs Office to (a) reauthorize an existing faculty line (typically due to a retirement/vacancy or a term contract faculty line (Visiting or Lecturer) whose contract ends after the upcoming academic year; (b) converting an existing line to a new rank; (c) requesting a new faculty line of any rank; or (d) indicating that you do not intend to continue a line expected to be vacant after this year.
